We are a Danish based M&A Consulting company, primarily focusing on the renewable energy- and Hi-Tech industry within Europe. The company was original founded in 2006.
We are a network based organisation, with an experienced team of 8 partners and consultants. Besides we have a small administration team, based in Sæby (DK).
We have over the years succeeded with several transaction within Europe. Besides our prime focus on M&A transactions we do as well offer our clients and customers our knowledge and service on consultant basis. Here we have worked a bit broader including US and Asia as well.
